Who we are
Nafas Lebnen (nafaslebnen.com and the Nafas Lebnen Android app) helps people discover and join guided nature outings in Lebanon. Questions about this policy: founders@nafaslebnen.com.
What we collect
- Phone number: used to sign you in with a one-time code. It is your account identifier.
- Name: shown on your ticket and to the organizer of a Nafas you join.
- Registrations: which Nafas you join, the companions you add, any extras you pick (for example meal preferences), and a payment reference.
- Organizer content: if you publish a Nafas, the text, photos and videos you upload are public.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) kept briefly for security and reliability.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad tracking, no sale of personal data.
- No access to your contacts or precise location.
- The camera is used only when an organizer chooses to scan a ticket QR code.
Who sees your data
The organizer of a Nafas you join sees your name, phone number, companions and extras so they can run the trip. Service providers that process data for us: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (hosting), Twilio (SMS delivery of sign-in codes). Payments are made through Whish; we store only a payment reference, never card or wallet details.
How long we keep it
Your account and registrations are kept while your account exists. Sign-in codes expire after five minutes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; deletion removes your profile, registrations and any content you uploaded.
Your choices
Email founders@nafaslebnen.com from any address, or message us on WhatsApp from your registered number, to access, correct or delete your data. We answer within a few days.
Children
Nafas Lebnen is for adults. Participants under 18 join through a parent or guardian who holds the account.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will update the date above and note it in the app.
